Well I'm not going to completly abandon Poser, but so far I'm tired of it firefly feels outdated, and even though some people can get amazing results with it, they have to do a lot of "cheating" and post work to do it, plus I''m sick of lights not emitting realistically, like lamps, city buildings, etc. Stuff that would make my work really stand out. I cannot achieve photorealism with Poser...No matter what I do I just can't get the type of quality work that I want with that weak ass shit.

With that said, I just need some help configuring DAZ folders. Instead of adding them directly to my computer hard drive (which would take up a whole lot of memory ) I need a way to get it configured on my portable drive instead. This was all very easy and straight forward to do with Poser, but DAZ isn't user friendly therefore I need somebody to help walk me through it one step at a time. I did have someone who was going to help me set it up, but he hasn't been around much.

Even though I will continue to use Poser when I have to because it's not like everything I have for Poser will work in DAZ but for right now I'm only interested in IRAY and seeing how I've somewhat accomplished getting some decent renders in Poser. Once I have DAZ all figured out, it's on. Daddy is about to set DA on fire. For the most part some of my original work may get redone over again, I'll call it "Remakes." I definitely want to redo those Bible Black ones over again in better quality. A lot of my characters will get a frsh new make over. With that said, if anyone have the time. I would appreciate a walkthrough on how to get DAZ set up.
